Adding this extension to our Enterprise 1.12, multi-website, multi-store environment went fairly smoothly. The video gallery backend makes it easy to add videos and SEO-searchable transcripts as descriptions for products. The frontend looks very attractive when a customer plays a video in the lightbox. The way the Iceberg extension loaded our media.phtml file made it easy to integrate image and video thumbnails on the product page
When I had questions, I got very fast and helpful responses from a developer. Iceberg even helped us add a plugin for Brightcove videos that's working well. (Posted on 8/20/12)

If you are looking for extensions for your store- this one is incredibly friendly and adds so many customer benefits to your product page with video. The lightbox plugin I had installed for the pictures conflicted with the video plugin. Iceberg tech support corrected the problem extremely quickly and provided me with clear explanations on what they did.

It's very good and professional extension, it saved us hours of developing and debugging!

Process of managing videos is so simple so our content managers find it as simple as adding images to basic Magento.

We had few issues specific to our Magento store but guys from IcebergCommerce provided me with helpful and professional suggestions within an hour of my request. Absolutely terrific customer service!
