The lightbox plugin I had installed for the pictures conflicted with the video plugin. Iceberg tech support corrected the problem extremely quickly and provided me with clear explanations on what they did.

It's very good and professional extension, it saved us hours of developing and debugging!

Process of managing videos is so simple so our content managers find it as simple as adding images to basic Magento.

We had few issues specific to our Magento store but guys from IcebergCommerce provided me with helpful and professional suggestions within an hour of my request. Absolutely terrific customer service!
